This summer, in continued partnership with Portage DD, we are excited to again offer seven one-week day camp sessions at the Happy Day Service Building in Ravenna. Since 2010, Portage DD has generously supported and funded the Portage Trailblazers Day Camp. Campers must be eligible for services through Portage DD to receive funding towards camp costs.
Campers will enjoy exploring nature, creating arts and crafts, playing games, swimming, and engaging in other fun activities each day. Throughout the experience, they’ll develop social skills, participate in physical activities, and build independence. Campers ages 6-21 are eligible to attend.
Important Note: Spots are limited to ensure that as many campers as possible can attend. Each camper may only register for a maximum of four (4) weeks. If additional spots remain as summer approaches, families will be notified about the opportunity to sign up for additional weeks.
